Villa Zehra is a peaceful holiday villa nestled in nature in the Bezirgan area. Located in Kalkan, our villa, with its 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, is an ideal option for nuclear families and groups of friends.

Villa Zehra, notable for its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, offers a pleasant holiday opportunity for guests who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the tranquility of nature.

Our villa is located approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Kalkan city center, providing both a location surrounded by nature and easy access.

At Villa Zehra, all the details you might need for a comfortable holiday have been considered, leaving you only to enjoy your vacation.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The colorful and comfortable living room features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink, and toilet. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, shared bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, shared bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Zehra is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. The deposit is refundable provided there is no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
