Villa Ege Kördere

Villa Ege Kördere has an unusual design and its pool and terrace area are positioned perpendicular to the villa. You can see the pool from all the rooms and access the pool terrace, and it is sheltered and offers a holiday away from foreign eyes. You can catch the blue, red and green tones of the day with the magnificent sea and nature view. There is a jacuzzi in one bedroom, and it has a heated pool.

Kitchenware: American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-stove, microwave oven, kettle, 4-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. You can go to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. You can go to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 8.5 meters x 3.5 meters, 1.50 meters deep. Pool heating is available.

NOTE : Between October 1 - December 31 and March 1 - May 31, pool heating is included in the prices.

A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Ege Kördere is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
