The security deposit required for Villa Zarif is 15,000 TL. This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss in the villa.

Otherwise, the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit may also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros according to the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information

For all our villas, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Leaving the villa on time is important so that our cleaning team can carefully prepare it for the next guests.

The villa is delivered ready for new guests from 16:00 onwards.
