Villa Yazı 3

Villa Yazı 3 is a private and fully secluded holiday villa located in the heart of nature in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is a perfect choice for conservative families and honeymoon couples seeking a peaceful retreat.

Although Villa Yazı 3 is located on the lower level of Villa Yazı 2 listed on our website, the two villas are completely independent and have no shared areas. Designed for privacy, comfort, and tranquility, this villa offers a truly relaxing and memorable stay.

Our villa is the lower floor of Villa Yazi 2 on our site. However, there is no connection, sheltered and ground floors are separate.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a nightstand, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.5 meters X 5 meters, 1.40 meters deep.

Note : There is a short stay fee of 3.000 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating is requested as an extra 1.500 TL.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Yazi 3 is 3000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
