Villa Yaka is a holiday villa for 4 persons or for honeymoon couples, whose construction was completed in 2021 in Sarıbelen village of Kaş. A wonderful holiday awaits you in our villa with a garden in nature. The last 500 meters of the road leading to our villa is a stabilized (earth) road.

Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people.

Living Room: There is a seating group, air conditioner, TV, dining table, coffee table and fireplace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2.Bedroom: There are 2 double beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Garden : There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, dining table, ottoman, table tennis and barbecue.

NOTE : 1.500 TL SHORT ACCOMMODATION FEE IS REQUESTED FOR LEASE OF LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Yaka is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
