Villa Water Edge 4

Located in the complex, Villa Water Edge 4 is located in Kalamar Bay, which is located in the most valuable area of Kalkan. Our villa, which has 1 bedroom, welcomes you in nature, accompanied by a magnificent view of the sea and Kalamar bay. The biggest feature of this villa is that it has a private beach belonging to the site. It is also rented together with its other neighbors Villa Lorinna, Villa Lagore and Villa Loreenna.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen that has been thought out to the smallest detail for your needs. In this American kitchen, there are many facilities such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dining table, dinnerware.

Living Room: Kalamar has a lounge where you can sit and watch the unique nature and sea view in a luxury seating group. There are also facilities such as TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace. There is an extra WC in the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning in the room with sea view. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.65 meters deep.

Villa Water Edge, which has its own private beach, has sun loungers and a shaded seating area on the pier side.

Note: A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for the Villa Water Edge 4 is 7.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
