Located in the tranquil Akbel area of Kalkan, Villa Volga is a 2-bedroom, 4-person capacity holiday villa ideal for small families and honeymooners seeking peace and privacy. Surrounded by nature and clean air, this villa features a fully secluded pool terrace thanks to its curtain-style screening system.

On the terrace, you’ll find a private swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor seating area, and a dining table. When the curtains are open, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding nature. The master bedroom includes a jacuzzi and a double bed, while the second room offers two single beds.

Thoughtfully designed with comfort and privacy in mind, Villa Volga is the perfect choice for a peaceful holiday immersed in nature.

Kitchen: Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Volga is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
