Villa Twins 1 is a villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, located in the central area of Kalkan. This pool terrace has facilities such as modern sitting groups and sun loungers. You can rent the twin villa together with Villa Twins 2.

Kitchen : The kitchen of our villa has an American style kitchen. In this American kitchen, there are utensils that can meet all your kitchen needs. Facilities such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven are available to solve all your needs.

Living Room :  It is a living room with a unique view, furnished with luxury furniture for your comfort, TV, air conditioner, coffee table. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions : It is a 6 meters x 3 meters wide pool and the depth of this pool is 1.45 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is required for accommodation under 7 Nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Twins 1 is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
