Villa Trona

Villa Trona is a 3 bedroom holiday villa completed in Kalkan Kördere in 2020. Villa Trona provides access to the pool and pool terrace from every room, and offers stunning sea views from single-storey rooms. Our villa is very suitable for our conservative families and honeymoon couples. In crowded groups, you can rent Villa Gümüş and Villa Gold just above Villa Altın.

Kitchen : In the large and bright American kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 stove (built-in), microwave oven, kettle, cooking sets, kitchen appliances and dishwasher for 8 people.

Hall : The living room with pool and sea view has a seating area, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), WiFi and air conditioning. There is a large sliding glass door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st bedroom : There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2nd bedroom : double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

3rd bedroom : double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool dimensions : 10 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters depth.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Trona is 7.500 TL. The deposit will be paid before entering the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit’s return policy, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, according to the current exchange rates that match the deposit.

Check-in and check-out information : The new check-in time for guests is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for each villa. It is important to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas will be delivered to new guests at 16:00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, there is no public transportation service. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can request help from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer the airline is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and instructions for our guests, who offer transportation by private vehicle.
