Our luxurious Villa Kalamar 1 is located near the center and 800 meters from the sea. The unique view from all rooms, balconies, private pool garden and the roof terrace of the modern summer house make your stay an experience. The property is located in the relatively quiet district of Kalamar and accommodates quite generously eight people in four en-suite bedrooms with sea views and has a 40 sqm private swimming pool. On the ground floor of the holiday villa you will find an American kitchen, and a large bright living area with sea and nature views. 

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern equipped American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave etc..
Living area: sea and nature view, seating area, satellite TV (LCD), WLAN, air conditioning, dining area for 8 people, access to pool terrace.

Outside area: Private garden, swimming pool, sunbeds, parasol, rattan seating, 8 persons dining group, BBQ

Pool dimensions: Length: 10 meters, Width: 4 meters, Depth: 1,65 m

1. Bedroom: The room has a double bed, a balcony with a unique sea view, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a balcony with a unique sea view, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a balcony with a unique sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a balcony with a unique sea view, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning. (It is located on the ground floor of the building.)

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
