Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be just like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa The Brother’s is 6,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
