Villa Sunshine Kızıltaş is a 3 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kızıltaş area. The villa with a private jacuzzi in one bedroom is fully decorated with modern furniture and provides a comfortable holiday. It dominates the view of Kalkan and the islands. It is especially ideal for large families and groups of friends. Villa Sunshine offers you a pleasant holiday with its large pool terrace.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, 4-hob, oven, toaster, dining table, 10-person dinner set. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Living Room: The comfortable living room of the villa has air conditioning, TV, sitting group, coffee table and wifi. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, dresser and make-up table. There is a private bathroom and sink.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table. There is a private bathroom and sink.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table. There is a private bathroom and sink.

Pool Dimensions

It is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : Our weekly prices between 1 - 16 June are 17.400 TL.

Our weekly prices between 16 June and 15 September are 21.600 TL.

Our weekly prices between 16 - 30 September are 16.200 TL.

The fee for short stays of 7 nights or less is 600 TL.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the Villa Sunshine Kızıltaş is 1000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
