Villa Solin is a romantic honeymoon villa located in the peaceful Kördere Ordu area of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With 1 bedroom and a capacity for 2 guests, it offers a private and comfortable stay. The living room and kitchen are modern and stylishly designed. The bedroom features a double bed and a double jacuzzi for a relaxing experience.

The pool terrace is fully secluded with a curtain system in front of the pool, providing complete privacy. Ideal for honeymooners and couples who seek a peaceful holiday with stunning nature views.

Kitchen: Casting modernity with its white cabinets, the American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table for 4 people, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which is designed with nature views and modern furniture, has a seating group, coffee table, television, satellite receiver and internet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 8.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Solin is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.

Deutsch (German): Unser Urlaub in Kalkan, Türkei, war einfach fantastisch! Wir hatten das Glück, eine wunderschöne Villa zu finden, die perfekt für uns zwei war. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und bot alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten. Die Villa war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sorgten dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und unvergesslicher. Kalkan selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit charmanten Gassen, tollen Restaurants und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Tage damit verbracht, die Umgebung zu erkunden und das leckere türkische Essen zu genießen. Es gab so viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, dass uns nie langweilig wurde. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub in Kalkan ein voller Erfolg. Die Kombination aus einer tollen Unterkunft, großartigen Gastgebern und der wunderschönen Umgebung hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir eine unvergessliche Zeit hatten. We were lucky to find a beautiful villa that was perfect for the two of us. The accommodation was excellent and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The villa was modernly furnished and clean. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and provided with all the important information. They were always there to help us with advice and support, ensuring that we lacked nothing. Their hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and unforgettable. Kalkan itself is a beautiful place with charming alleys, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere. We spent our days exploring the surroundings and enjoying the delicious Turkish food. There were so many great places to visit nearby that we were never bored. All in all, our vacation in Kalkan was a complete success. The combination of a great accommodation, fantastic hosts, and the beautiful surroundings ensured that we had an unforgettable time.
