Villa Solante is a private holiday villa located in the Çavdır region, designed with a fully secluded private pool and a conservative concept. Situated in Kalkan, our villa offers an ideal holiday experience for honeymooners and small families with its tranquil location surrounded by nature, modern architecture, and rich amenities.

Located approximately 15 minutes’ drive from Kalkan center, Villa Solante is ideally situated for guests who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Furthermore, its proximity to Saklıkent Canyon provides an advantage for guests who want to go on nature walks and explore the region.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, four-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, with its colorful and comfortable design, features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, and a dining table. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: Contains one double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Contains two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Solenta is 5,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. The deposit is refundable provided there is no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
