Villa Sicilya is a luxurious villa located in the popular Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, offering 5 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 9 guests. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, the villa boasts breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands.

Designed with modern comfort in mind, it features a private swimming pool, garden seating area, table tennis, and a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. With its spacious interiors and stunning views, Villa Sicilya provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-hearth hob, microwave oven, electric kettle (kettle), dinner set, kitchen tools and equipment.

Living Room: Sea view hall has sitting group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table, iron and ironing board, exit to pool terrace

1st Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9.5 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 8.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

If pool heating is required, 2,500 TL per day is requested.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit required for Villa Sicilya is 10.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
