The Villa is a beautifully presented, bright and modern holiday home with all modern comforts accompanied by stunning panoramic sea-views of the Kalkan Bay from all rooms and levels. It is absolutely ideal for entertaining and relaxation. Arrive via a private car park; descend a flight of stairs into the main courtyard with a garden filled with sunshine in the morning and providing plenty of shade during hot afternoons. This Villa has it own private shaded parking space. 

First Floor

As you enter the house, it greets you with a small hallway and two bedrooms plus their own individual private ensuite and a shared balcony. The master bedroom includes a Super King sized bed overlooking exquisite sea views. The second bedroom has a King sized bed replete with more excellent sea views. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, ceiling fans and Air Conditioning.

Second Floor

Two further double bedrooms with their individual, private ensuite and sea views welcome you on the second floor. One bedroom can be configured into a single bed configuration or a double bed configuration. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, Ceiling fans, Air Conditioning and a shared large balcony.

Roof Terrace

A stunning, panoramic and unobstructed view of Kalkan Centre, Kalkan Bay and the Mountain range before you and behind you for taking in the sunrise or sunset complete with sofa seating, barstool seating and a kitchenette (including a sink, a dishwasher and a fridge).

Ground Floor

A spacious, open plan living space containing a fully equipped kitchen and living room with all modern appliances plus a bathroom to one side. Multiple sliding doors open out onto an outdoor al fresco dining area and a pool terrace. Kitchen amenities include an Oven, a Fridge and Freezer, a Dishwasher, a Filter Coffee machine and a Water dispenser. The living room contains a large, Flat Screen Smart TV for Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system and a Piano for your leisure. A leisurely morning/afternoon can be enjoyed on the pool terrace that opens out onto the infinity pool with a cantilevered split deck for added sunbathing lounger space overlooking the Kalkan Bay. In the early evening, dine al fresco outside before moving up to the roof terrace for evening cocktails while enjoying the sunset.

For a single week stay there will be no mid week cleaning. If guests are staying more than one week cleaning will be done weekly. If you stay shorter than one week or additional part of a week then the guests will be liable for the cleaning fee of 100GBP. Additional cleaning can be arranged and charged. Cleaning can only be arranged when the guests have vacated the property for 2- 4 hours

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Serendipity Kömürlük is £ 300. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
