Kitchen: The stylish and modern new generation furnished American Kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pan & pot etc. kitchen equipment and a dinner set for 6 people.

Living Room: The living room with sea and nature view that can accommodate large groups has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, WC & sink. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is one double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is one double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 7,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Pool heating is available for a weekly fee of 12,000 TL.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Seas The Day is 21.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
