Kitchen: It has a fully equipped American kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: It has a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room includes a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Our villa is a 3-story building, with the villa located on the top floor.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Rose Çayköy is 4,000 TL. This fee will be deducted from your deposit before arrival and returned to you upon departure. The deposit refund conditions require that there be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
