Villa Rima

Villa Rima is a 1-bedroom villa for rent with an infinity pool, located in Kalkan Kördere Region, with a capacity of 2 people. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable way, and at the same time, it is an ideal holiday option with its heated pool. Villa Rima provides a pleasant holiday opportunity for honeymoon couples or families of 2 with its sea view.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious fully designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The living room, which is dominated by orange color tones, has a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 meters X 2.5 meters wide, 1.20 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 3,500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

There is indoor pool heating in our villa and it is chargeable. The weekly price is 11.200 TL.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Rima is 7,500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
