Villa Renk

Nestled in the peaceful Çayköy region of Kalkan, Villa Renk is a beautifully designed, colorful holiday home perfect for both honeymooners and small families. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, this fully secluded villa ensures absolute privacy and comfort.

Villa Renk features three jacuzzis (two in the bedrooms and one on the pool terrace), a sauna, treadmill, weights, pilates ball, punching bag, dartboard, foosball, table tennis, a children’s playground, and a projector system for open-air movie nights. It also has a hobby garden, where you can pick fresh vegetables and herbs during your stay.

With its vibrant design, spacious sun terrace, and relaxing garden swing and gazebo, Villa Renk offers the perfect balance between fun, relaxation, and nature.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-stove, dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Living room: Sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: The room has two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Renk is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
