Villa Patara Vista, The villa located in Kalkan Patara region has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Villa Patara Vista, which is frequently preferred by conservative nuclear families and honeymooners, attracts all attention with its clean air and quiet location. There is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, sitting corner, dining table and barbecue area in the sheltered garden of our villa. In addition, there is a jacuzzi in our villa with modern interior architecture.

Kitchen : The modern American kitchen, where you can easily find all your needs, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The modern designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 8 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Patara Vista is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
