Villa Parle is a stylish holiday villa located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, offering stunning panoramic sea views. With four bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, it is an excellent choice for large families and groups of friends.

Villa Parle boasts a modern interior design, and two of the bedrooms include jacuzzis, adding an extra touch of luxury and comfort to your stay. Thanks to its fully secluded layout, the villa is also ideal for conservative families seeking privacy. Villa Parle offers a memorable holiday experience where comfort, entertainment, and breathtaking views come together.

Kitchen : Like our other villas, this villa also has an American style kitchen with modern touches. There are all kinds of utensils to cook your meals in this kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and a dining table and dining set for 8 people.

Living Room : The living room, which is designed with modern furniture, has a seating group, TV, coffee table, air conditioner. There is also a transition from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 7.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Parle is 10.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
