Villa Palas

Villa Palas is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a nature view and a capacity of 4 people, located in Kalkan Sarıbelen Region. The interior of Villa Palas is designed in a modern and comfortable way, and there is also a heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool terrace and garden are sheltered and have nature views. Villa Palas is an ideal option for families of 4 or for groups of friends and honeymooners.

Kitchen: Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet .

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.30 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 1,200 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

There is a heated pool in our villa. In March, April, November, December, the heating fee is included.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Palas is 1.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
