Villa Özgen Uno is a luxury holiday villa located in the center of Kalkan, offering beautiful views of both the city and the sea. With four bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, it is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.

The villa’s garden features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a dining table, and a barbecue area, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery throughout the day.

One of the bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of comfort and relaxation to your stay. Villa Özgen Uno is located within a short driving distance of the beach, restaurants, and entertainment venues, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday in Kalkan.

Kitchen: Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

Note: A short stay fee of 9.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Özgen Uno is 15.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time is 10.00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
