Villa Olive Garden, Our villa with nature view, located in Kalkan Bezirgan Region, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. There is a large green garden area tennis table in the sheltered garden of our villa. It is also modernly designed. Our villa, which dominates the concept of a honeymoon villa, is quite ideal for a pleasant holiday away from the noise of the city.

Kitchen : In the American kitchen where you can cook with pleasure, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : Contemporary architecture dominates the modern designed living room with comfortable seating, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9.5 meters X 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A cleaning fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Olive Garden is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
