Located between Kalkan and Patara, our villa offers a great advantage for those looking for a rental villa close to Patara Beach. You can reach the world-famous Patara Beach, which is approximately 18 km long, in just 10-15 minutes by car. Also, being among the villa options close to Kalkan public beach, the beach can be reached in 5-10 minutes from our villa.

There are markets, greengrocers, and businesses where you can meet your daily needs in the vicinity of our villa. Villa Ocak 1, which is among the rental villa alternatives in Kalkan center, is easily accessible to the center by car.

NOTE: There are 12 steps to enter the villa.

Kitchen: The spacious, airy, and modernly designed American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, four-burner hob, pots and pans, and a dinner set for six people.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for eight people. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 3 meters wide, 0.15 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 6,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Ocak 1 is 20,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
