Villa Nobles Rox offers a very luxurious and spacious accommodation option, located in the center of Kalkan. With its six bedrooms, this villa is an ideal place for large families, large groups of friends or special events, and dazzles with its contemporary architecture and interior design. Each of the two private swimming pools is heated, offering an even more comfortable experience upon request and for an additional fee.

The outdoor areas of Villa Nobles Rox fit perfectly into the dynamic atmosphere of Kalkan. The large 15-metre outdoor pool has a jacuzzi, water loungers and a shallow area for children, while its garden, equipped with built-in seating areas, an outdoor kitchen and water decorations, offers great opportunities for al fresco dining and relaxation. The rooftop bar is an ideal place to watch the sunset with magnificent sea and old city views.

The modern basement of the villa is equipped with a game and gym area, indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and cinema room, maximizing entertainment and relaxation opportunities. There is also game equipment such as billiards, foosball and table tennis, so guests of all ages can have fun.

The location of Villa Nobles Rox also provides a great advantage as it is within walking distance of Kalkan’s lively old town, various dining venues, shopping areas and the beach. Kitchen: The villa has a fully equipped American kitchen with all kitchen equipment, where you can find whatever you need. The kitchen has everything that a kitchen should have, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water fountain, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. You can cook any meal you want in this kitchen without looking for any extra kitchen equipment.

Living Room: Specially designed for our guests who care about their comfort, our living room has facilities that will allow you to spend quality time, such as a luxurious seating group, TV and air conditioning. Additionally, our living room has a unique view. This large living room also has an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, bathtub, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

5. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

6. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 15 meters x 5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 4 meters wide and 0.90 meters deep.

NOTE: Upon request, £ 250 is requested for indoor pool heating, £ 300 for outdoor pool heating, £ 250 for underfloor heating.

 £ 200 additional fee is requested for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Nobles-Rox is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
