Villa Nazlı

Villa Nazlı, whose construction was completed in 2020, is a 2 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kışla region. It has a magnificent sea view and a spacious pool terrace with an infinity pool. Villa Nazlı has been carefully decorated for your comfort and contains every detail for a pleasant holiday. One bedroom is located downstairs and an exit is provided to the pool terrace. It is also located in the heated pool on the pool terrace.For larger families and groups of friends, you can rent Villa Nazlı, Villa Nazlı Duo and Villa Nazlı Quattro together.

Kitchen: The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware.

Living Room: The living room with sea view has a sitting group, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: The room has 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 9 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Heating Pool Dimensions: 4 meters x 2 meters wide, 0.90 meters deep.

A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Nazlı is 4.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
