Villa Nature is a luxurious holiday villa located in the Akbel area of ​​Kalkan, with 4 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 8 people. All bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also features a jacuzzi.

The villa’s secluded pool offers privacy, especially for conservative families, while the spacious pool terrace boasts enjoyable areas such as a swing, portable barbecue, and children’s playground. Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable holiday surrounded by nature, with views of Kalkan Bay and the islands.

Living Room: The living room, where you can enjoy the view of Kalkan, features a luxurious seating area along with a TV, coffee table, and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The villa has a modern American-style kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. This includes a refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots, and pans.

1st Bedroom: The room has 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bedside table. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bedside table. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bedside table. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bedside table. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

7.5 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.53 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions:

7.5 meters x 2.5 meters wide, 0.48 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Nature is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
