It features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests, with direct access to the pool terrace from all rooms.

The spacious garden offers both nature and sea views, and includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, dining area, and barbecue. One bedroom has a double bed and jacuzzi, while the other includes two single beds.

Kitchen: Our kitchen has a modern and stylish design, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-built-in hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, ketil, dinner sets, kitchen tools and equipment are available.

Living Room: Comfortable and comfortable living room, sitting group, tv, satellite, internet, iron, ironing board are available. There is an exit from the lounge per pool.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, television, air conditioning, wc, jacuzzi and bathroom. Room offers access to the garden and pool.
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, wc and bathroom.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.90 meters X 2.70 meters wide, 1.20 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

           Pool heating fee is 1.600 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of TL 5.000 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 5.000 TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you location and directions if requested.
