Villa Nairobi is a beautifully designed holiday villa located in the peaceful Islamlar area of Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, the villa offers a private and tranquil getaway.

The villa features a fully secluded pool terrace, perfect for families seeking privacy or honeymooners looking for a romantic escape. The master bedroom includes a jacuzzi, and the villa offers a stunning bird’s-eye sea view along with a lush garden.

Thanks to its entertainment features, Villa Nairobi is also a great choice for families with children. With its modern interior and serene setting, it promises a comfortable and memorable holiday.

Kitchen:  Luxurious and modern designed American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: There is a comfortable and luxurious sitting group, TV, internet and air conditioning in the bright and spacious living room. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.80 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3.000 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Nairobi is 2,500 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or car rental can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
