With its two bedrooms and a capacity of up to 4 people, our villa is an ideal option for both nuclear families and honeymoon couples.

Also suitable for conservative guests with its sheltered garden, our villa has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a barbecue corner and an open-air dining table where you can enjoy your meal at sunset.

The jacuzzi in the bedroom with sea view of the villa has been carefully designed for your comfort and romantic moments. Villa Mert Ulugöl awaits you for a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, dominated by white, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Designed for your comfort, the living room has a seating area, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, DVD player.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 6.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Mert Ulugöl is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit return, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
