Completed in 2022, Villa Melek Hanım provides guests with a home-like holiday experience thanks to its modern design and comfortable living spaces. Its secluded private swimming pool offers a perfect setting for guests who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday away from prying eyes.

The villa’s spacious pool terrace is designed as a private living area where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day and spend quality time with your loved ones. Thanks to its location surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility away from the stress of city life.

The jacuzzi in the main bedroom adds extra comfort and a romantic atmosphere to your holiday.

For large families and groups of friends, it is also possible to rent Villa Xanthos, located very close to our villa. Depending on availability, both villas can be rented together for a larger accommodation capacity.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, which will make you feel right at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, with its modern and luxurious design, features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet access. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Includes a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Melek Hanım is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
