Villa Mega is a stunning luxury villa located in Kalkan’s Kördere area, offering 5 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 10 guests. With its panoramic sea view, fully secluded pool terrace, and spacious layout, it’s an ideal choice for large families and groups seeking comfort and privacy.

Outside, the villa features an infinity pool, sun loungers, swing, BBQ, and an alfresco dining area with sea view. Indoors, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and a game room equipped with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, and foosball – perfect for fun-filled evenings.

Notes:

• The last 600 meters of the road to the villa is steep.

• There are 50 steps leading to the villa entrance.

Villa Mega combines luxury, comfort, and privacy, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Kalkan.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player in the living room. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Note : A short stay fee of 7,250 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Mega is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
