Villa Mazaka

Villa Mazaka is a modern holiday rental villa located in the peaceful Bezirgan area of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With two bedrooms and accommodation for up to four guests, it is an ideal choice for small families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway.

The interior is designed in a modern and comfortable style, ensuring guests enjoy the highest level of comfort during their stay. The secluded pool terrace, private swimming pool, and barbecue area provide the perfect setting for both relaxation and enjoyable moments. Surrounded by natural scenery, guests can unwind in a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Villa Mazaka offers a peaceful and private holiday experience for those who wish to enjoy nature while spending quality time with their loved ones. It also serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the unique natural beauty of Kalkan and its surroundings.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which is similar to the kitchen at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Mazaka is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
