Villa Mavi İnci

Villa Mavi İnci, Located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, which attracts attention with its modern interior architecture, our villa has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity for 2 people. There is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, sitting corner, swing, dining table and barbecue area in the garden of our villa, which is sheltered by its high walls. Villa Mavi İnci is sheltered, making it ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymooners.

Kitchen : The fully designed American kitchen, where you will feel yourself in the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  There is a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV and air conditioning in the bright and spacious living room with a modern design. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer, television, air conditioner, jacuzzi. The room has a bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 7 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Note : For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Mavi İnci is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
