Villa Margini 2 is a modern holiday villa built in 2024 and located in a prime location in Kalkan, close to the sea. You can reach Kalkan’s atmospheric old town and the harbour in just a 10-minute walk along the newly paved coastal road.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 Meters X 3.5 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a 10,000 TL short stay fee is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Margini 2 is 15,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
