Villa Lumiere 1 is one of our 4 bedroom, 8-person capacity rental villas located in Kalkan Kızıltaş Region. Each bedroom of our villa has an en-suite bathroom. It offers you a unique holiday opportunity with its modern design, large garden terrace and private swimming pool.

Kitchen: Open and spacious modern American kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, 8-person dinnerware, spoon and fork. There is a set and glasses. There is also a dining table and seating area for 8 people.

Living Room: There is an air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group and an exit to the pool in the comfortable lounge. The lounge is located on the pool floor.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning. The room has a bathroom and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning. The room has a bathroom and toilet.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and toilet.
4th Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

It is 10 Meters X 3.5 Meters wide, 1.45 Meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 4,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 6.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 15:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 15:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
