Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, which will make you feel right at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, with its modern and luxurious design, features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Liva Yeşilköy is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
