Villa La Mer Suite is a stylish accommodation option located in Kördere Village, distinguished by its modern and wooden design. Its proximity to Kalkan center and Kaputaş area offers significant advantages in terms of transportation. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 4 people, it is suitable for families and honeymoon couples.

The jacuzzi in the master bedroom provides a romantic and relaxing atmosphere suitable for a honeymoon. The heated pool also ensures comfortable use year-round.

The villa has a private terrace/lawn garden area of ​​160 m² with a view, featuring an outdoor pool. This area is located approximately 20 meters from the main entrance of the house and is not directly accessible from the interior. The pool area is not fully secluded and can be seen from surrounding houses. A gas barbecue is also available in this area.

Villa La Mer Suite can be rented together with the adjacent Villa La Mer, offering a total accommodation capacity of 12 people. There is also a children’s playground in the common area, providing an added advantage for families.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, four-burner hob, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, a dining table for eight, dinnerware for eight, and glasses.

Living Room: Features a seating area, television, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi, and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: The master bedroom/honeymoon suite has a wooden paneled ceiling. It includes one double bed, TV, hairdryer, jacuzzi, and a separate rain shower. The bathroom also contains a washing machine. The heated indoor pool has turbo massage motors.

2nd Bedroom: This bedroom, also with a wooden paneled ceiling, has two single beds. It includes a television, and the bathroom features a jacuzzi and rain shower overlooking Kalkan.

Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters, 1.30 meters deep.

NOTE: During the winter months (November 1st - April 30th), we accept stays of up to 5 nights without a cleaning fee. For stays shorter than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,300 TL will be charged. During other summer months, a short-stay fee of 3,300 TL will be charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

During the winter months (November 1st - December 31st and January 1st - April 30th), house heating and pool heating are included in this price. During other summer months, if pool heating is requested, it costs 800 TL per day and must be kept on for the duration of your stay.

This separate outdoor pool is only open for use between May 1st and October 31st. It is closed and inaccessible during other months.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa La Mer Suit is 4,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund terms, there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
