Villa Kumsal

Villa Kumsal is a fully secluded villa located in the Patara area of Kalkan, surrounded by high fences and a privacy screening system. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people. Thanks to its sheltered structure, it is an ideal choice for conservative families. In the spacious garden of our villa, there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a mini playground and children’s pool for our little guests, a seating area, dining table, and barbecue area. Due to its central location, our villa is within walking distance to markets and restaurants, and just 4 km from the beach. Kitchen: Fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Note :A cleaning fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Kumsal is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information: The new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
