This villa is located in the secure residential area of İncebel in Kalkan, offering a modern and luxurious holiday experience. With two bedrooms, the villa provides a comfortable stay surrounded by stunning sea and nature views.

The pool terrace features a sea-view lounge area, where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic scenery. The villa also includes a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Guests can freely use the shared semi-Olympic swimming pool and children’s pool within the complex. Additional facilities such as table tennis, foosball, and a library are also available for residents. The Club House restaurant and café located within the site offers delicious meals and refreshing drinks. A shared trampoline area for children is also available.

With every detail carefully designed for comfort, this villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday with your loved ones while enjoying spectacular views.

Kitchen : The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, 4-burner (built-in), electric kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, which has an exit to the pool terrace, has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wifi, a 6-person dining table, air conditioning and a WC & washbasin.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, hair dryer, television and air conditioning in the room. There is a bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, hair dryer and air conditioning in the room. There is a bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Kite is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
