The villa’s private garden features a swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining area, seating corner, and BBQ area. The front of the pool area is fenced and covered, making it a perfect choice for conservative families or those seeking privacy.

Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped American kitchen, stylish furnishings, and a relaxing ambiance. One of the bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi for extra comfort. Villa Keyif is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful and scenic holiday close to Kalkan center.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware for 8 people.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of the pool and the sea, has a seating group, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

NOTE:For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 5.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Keyif Akbel is 6.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
