Kitchen: The apartment features a spacious and bright modern American-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in four-burner hob, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, and dinnerware.

Living Room: The comfortable living room boasts luxurious and comfortable seating, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, and air conditioning. A large sliding glass door leads from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning,jacuzzi, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 7,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Karla is 10,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or car rental can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
