Villa Heart

Villa Heart, located in Kalkan Akbel, spoils its guests with two swimming pools and a whirlpool. It has a comfortable and stylish design that will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The villa is particularly suitable for conservative families because it is completely protected from view.

In total there are five bedrooms with bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with double beds, one with a Jacuzzi and one bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen, dining area and lounge merge in the open plan living area.

On the ground floor of the villa, the spacious living area, equipped with a comfortable seating area and LED TV with satellite reception, offers great views of the pool terrace and the bay with the islands in front of it. The fully equipped American kitchen is also attached to the open plan living area. On this floor there is a guest toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom & jacuzzi.

Swimming Pool 1: measures 9.5 x 7.0 metres and is 1.53 metres deep, the non-swimmer area measures 2.0 x 2.0 metres and is 0.50 metres deep. A non-swimmer area is also attached to this pool.

Swimming Pool 2: measures 7.0 x 5.0 metres, is 0.93 metres deep and has a whirlpool.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 2000 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 8.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
