Villa Gümüş

Villa Gümüş is a 3 bedroom holiday rental villa completed in 2020 in the Kalkan Kördere region. Villa Gümüş offers access to the pool and the pool terrace from every room, offering magnificent sea views from all its single-storey rooms. When you step inside the villa, you can see that the cedar tree is used everywhere carefully. Our villa is very suitable for our conservative families as well as our honeymoon couples. In more crowded groups, they can rent Villa Trona and Villa Altın, which are located just below Villa Gümüş.

Kitchen: In the spacious and bright American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking sets, kitchen equipment and dinner set for 8 people.

Hall: The lounge with pool and sea views has a seating group, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a wide glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

3. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 10 Meters X 4 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Altın is 7.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is returned upon leaving the villa. According to the deposit’s return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on current exchange rates equivalent to the deposit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: The new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10.00 in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will prepare the villas carefully for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to the new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests providing transportation by private vehicle.
