Thanks to its private swimming pool and sunbathing area with nature views, designed to be invisible from the outside, guests who value privacy can spend their time freely and peacefully. Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, reminiscent of your own home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 15 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep. The outdoor pool has a heating system available during the winter months, and heating can be activated for a daily fee of 2,000 TL if desired.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Green Üzümlü is 6,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
