Located in the peaceful Kınık district of Kalkan, Villa Görkem offers a serene and nature-integrated holiday experience. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, this villa is an ideal choice especially for families with children.

The spacious and secluded garden includes a private swimming pool, foosball table, children’s play area, sun loungers, dining table, and a barbecue zone. A double jacuzzi in the master bedroom provides added comfort and relaxation for guests.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be just like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with its modern and luxurious design includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 2 meters x 4 meters wide, 0.40 meters deep.

NOTE: For accommodations under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Görkem is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit return, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
