Falcon Lodge is a luxurious 7-bedroom villa with a sprawling infinity pool (20m x 5m x 1.5m deep) and panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The exclusive villa is located on a beautiful hillside site. The lodge is quiet and yet close to the Village. It is located idyllic on a 1000 m2 plot of land. This spacious villa can accommodate up to 14 people.

On the ground floor there is a living and dining area, which mainly impress with its spaciousness. The comfortable lounge area invites you to relax . The four king-size bedrooms and three large twin bedrooms all have a private balcony with spectacular sea views.
The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable furniture. Especially in the hot season 2 pergolas provide shade. The beautiful garden with its fragrant flowers and fruit trees invites you to barbecue at the large BBQ.

Falcon Lodge is built next to another spectacular 7-bedroom villa. The Villa Falcon Exclusive. Renting both villas is an ideal option for large families or groups who want to experience a special holiday together.
Falcon Lodge is located in a quiet area on the hillside above the coastal route D400. The villa is about 3-4 minutes by car from Kalkan.

Bedroom :
1st floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 with Super Kingsize double beds and bathrooms, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and bathroom.
2nd floor: Bedroom 4 & 5, Bedroom 4 with Super Kingsize double bed, bathroom and jakuzzi. Bedroom 5 Super Kingsize double bed with bathroom.
3rd floor: Bedrooms 6 & 7 each have twin beds and share a bedroom.

The kitchen is very high quality and fully equipped. There is also a large laundry room in the house with an ironing option.

Bail Conditions : A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure : Your accommodation is ready from 15:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation : The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
