Villa Eterna Kaş is located approximately 2 km from Akçagerme Beach and approximately 10 km from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach. Its location allows you to both explore the natural beauty of Kaş and enjoy a peaceful villa holiday.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, four-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The colorful and comfortable living room features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, and a dining table. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: One double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.2 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Eterna Kaş is 10,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
